The attendants at the lounge were also better at English, which meant they sometimes made better concierge than the one on the ground floor. It was nice to have a space to relax and unwind after long days out in the city. They had comfy seating and a pretty view of Pudong, Yu Garden and part of the bund. They served 3 light meals a day, with some wines and beers. The lounge always had light snacks and a small selection of beverages. That lounge is the number 1 reason why I would stay here again. We stayed on the 20th floor, with access to the executive lounge included in our room rate. Bonus: cute robot who brings you extra towels and other toiletries, was charging near the front desk. English is a bit limited, but most basic questions understood. All staff were courteous and tried their best to help with anything guests needed.
